Country music fans everywhere are familiar with the hot country licks of singer Dierks Bentley, and now the Phoenix native is becoming known for something else besides chart-topping hits. This summer will see the launch of Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, an old-style honky-tonk scheduled to open on the Fourth of July in Old Town Scottsdale.
Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row is being described as a modern take on a 1920s-style country saloon. The venue will play host to weekly performances by regional and national country artists, promising to inject a good dose of country attitude to downtown Scottsdale. The restaurant bar will also carry live sports events.

Along with entertainment events, Whiskey Row will feature gastropub fare made from organic meats and locally farmed produce. The kitchen will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner every day, as well as a weekend brunch. Rumor has it that guests will be able to partake in amenities such as tableside beer and liquor taps, which means you can pour your own shots and drinks with no waiting.
And what's a good bar without a very large patio area? Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row promises to deliver with a spacious outdoor patio and large, garage-style glass doors that can be raised for added sunlight and fresh air.
