Pellini, Italian for "little skin," refers to the restaurant's flatbread, which is featured throughout the menu. The star of the show is The Pellini, a piadina flatbread sandwich wrap made with angel hair pasta and your choice of meats, including Tuscan steak, crispy chicken Milanesa, grilled chicken breast, Italian sausage, shrimp, or grilled salmon. Each Pellini wrap is also served with your choice of fresh toppings and sauces. Other menu options include fresh pasta bowls, chopped salads, the house bruschetta, and spinach dip served with piadina chips.
Pellini hopes to stand out from the growing pack of fast casual restaurants by offering authentic Italian made with the very best ingredients. Italian sauces are made fresh daily on-site, and vegetables and meats are locally sourced whenever possible. Kids can enjoy the Bambino menu, featuring their choice of angel hair pasta with marinara sauce and cheese, or a piadina filled with Nutella hazelnut spread, served with soft drink or milk.
