Zuzuroh Italian-Greek Taverna is very well-hidden behind the La Quinta Resort at Eagle Beach, but this didn't stop visitors from finding out that it exists. One great experience led to another, and before too long, travelers were stepping out of the airplane in Aruba, getting a cab and heading to lunch or dinner at Zuzuroh.
There is no secret, really - only a dynamic duo: Evert and his wife Margarita, who want to share their favorite Mediterranean recipes; introduce the freshest homegrown and homemade ingredients and present their dedicated staff members to the growing group of first-time and repeat customers. Reservations are highly recommended because the taverna is not getting any bigger. But the pita or spaghetti-craving crowd is definitely growing.

Couples in the mood for a romantic Italian specialty should choose the spaghetti formaggio. It’s a unique recipe where the pasta is prepared in the melted center of parmesan cheese set on fire. Buon appetito! For hungry families or parties, the Greek-style family platter has the whole big fat Greek appetite under control, starting with Greek lemon soup to warm up and continuing with a large plate (tray!) of mouthwatering dishes like moussaka, tzatziki, fresh pita bread, herb-roasted lamb chops, gyro, souvlaki and Greek salad.
No rush is required at Zuzuroh. It’s all about enjoying good company and great food here, so take another sip (or bottle?) of Corvo Rosso from Sicily to merge Italian and Greek traditions, and top it all off with sweet bites of baklava or tiramisu. It’s all smashingly good.
