Gluten Free Fine Dining: Tucked in the winding roads of Bel-Air, the signature restaurant at this posh hotel is named for Wolfgang Puck who took over the food and beverage operations for the entire property after an extensive renovation in 2011. The indoor/outdoor space is stunning, romantic, and discreet. The prices are not for the faint of heart but if you can swing it, it's an ideal and memorable place for a special celebration. A vegan, gluten free menu is available all the time but there are also a number of items on the main menu that are or can be made gluten free. If you call ahead, they'll ensure there are a variety of choices, including gluten free bread, a gluten free kids menu (ours included six different options), and their decadent chocolate soufflé with earl grey ice cream.

Breakfast: Wolfgang Puck took over Hotel Bel Air's food and beverage operations after an extensive 2-year renovation and overhaul of the entire property. Reopened in Fall 2011, the onsite restaurant features healthy California cuisine, with Mediterranean and European touches. Choose to dine outdoors on a large terrace or indoors in private alcoves. The new and improved menu features fresh ingredients from local farms, sustainable seafood, and natural poultry. Start with a ricotta lemon blintz, move onto a corned beef hash cake benedict, and end your breakfast with a macadamia nut waffle. If you have time, opt for the 90-minute slow poached eggs with black truffle emulsion. It's worth the wait!

Brunch: Boasting elegant style and service in a world-class hotel, this LA favorite is a top choice for any meal. The beautiful dining room is a relaxed, serene spot in which to start the day, or you may prefer the lush terrace for your morning meal. Breakfast and brunch menus offer excellent traditional options, along with more opulent choices like lemon soufflé pancakes with raspberries, and omelets with smoked salmon and asparagus.
