1.There are too few happy hours in any given day.
2.Saving money by drinking well liquor isn't always as delicious as it sounds.
3.Happy hour food menus usually leave a little something to be desired.
You're with us, right? That's why we're extra happy to report today that the Finch and Fork is attempting to right all of these wrongs with their new early bird/night flight hours and offerings.

First and foremost, they've extended the happy hour schedule to accommodate those of us who aren't free to drink in the midafternoon on a weekday. (Thank you, Finch and Fork powers that be!)
Their new happy hour menu is now offered Monday through Friday from 4-6 pm and again late night from 9-10 pm. This means you have two chances every night to get happy – pesky jobs and/or familial obligations notwithstanding.
Secondly, you don't have to settle for a well vodka and soda to save money. Here, the happy hour cocktails cost just $7 and include more artful concoctions, like the Virginia Gentleman, a sophisticated mix of bourbon, lemon, honey, ginger beer and bitters.
For something a little lighter, order the Rosebud, a refreshing blend of gin, elderflower and bubbles. Not a booze hound? No problem. A selection of craft beers are also available for just $5.
Finally, chef James Siao makes sure imbibers don't go hungry with a new happy hour food menu that is hard to top in Santa Barbara. Of course there are fries, wings, and burgers, each with a little extra twist. There is also a housemade chipotle smoked hummus plate.
But the one thing you shouldn't miss is the B.F.C. sandwich, a masterpiece of fried chicken topped with kale slaw, smoked honey mustard, and bread and butter pickles.
