If you're short on time, Niagara Falls can be conquered in half a day. No need to sweat it; the best attractions will be yours to see throughout those short hours you have in the area. First things first, park your car anywhere you find a spot (following any parking restrictions), take a stroll down Clifton Hill and go on The Maid of The Mist to really take in the majestic nature of the Falls.
Visitors that love a little adventure fall in love with The Maid of The Mist tour as it really showcases the beauty of the Falls, a massive wonder of the world. Snap some photos of the Falls near and far, then once you've seen just as much as you think you can handle, head back up Clifton Hill, pop into a wax museum or two, grab a bag of candy from The Hershey Store and then take to The Niagara Skywheel, one of the best attractions on Clifton Hill.
One of the lovely things about The Skywheel is that you can enjoy a ride on this huge ferris wheel during the hot summer days or cold winter nights as each enclosed gondola has heat and A/C within it. Stop off at Antica's Pizzeria after you've exhausted yourselves on Clifton Hill. This wood-burning oven pizzeria offers some of the best pizza in town. With individual thin-crust pizzas, topped with anything and everything under the moon, this Italian restaurant is a favorite among many.
After lunch, hop into your car and head off to The Butterfly Conservatory or The Fallsview Botanical Gardens. What many come to realize while they spend the afternoon in Niagara Falls is that there is much more to see than your traditional attractions. If you have a love for exploring unique spaces, then The Butterfly Conservatory will become your new favorite destination. Better yet, take a stroll through Niagara's famous Botanical Gardens where you'll certainly fall in love with overflowing rose gardens and perfectly manicured trees.
Finish your day off at The Whirlpool Jet Boat Tour where adventure meets excitement in more ways than one. Jet boat through the Niagara River and embark on an adventure like no other; your adrenaline will be rushing all the way home. Niagara Falls has much to offer visitors from around the world, and if you're only here for half a day, there are sights to be seen and photos to be taken, so take to the streets and enjoy all the eclectic beauty that Niagara Falls has to offer.
