The Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel is a property that has it all: stunning rooms, a sexy lounge with live music, mouth-watering sushi, picturesque views, a delightful cafe, one of the best spas in the city and, now, the largest Bocci public art installation in Canada.
You're going to want to grab your camera and check out this outdoor art installation.

16 by Bocci
The luxury hotel unveiled 16 by Omer Arbel for Bocci at the beginning of March, and it's Bocci's largest public art work in Canada.
(In case you haven't heard, Bocci is a Vancouver-based contemporary design firm that was founded in 2005. Over the last decade, they've earned a world-class reputation.)
While it's beautiful during the day, the piece really lights up at night, literally. 16 looks like a magical urban grove of trees in front of the Fairmont Pacific Rim.

The installation is a mix of stainless steel and glass. The structures of the trees are made from stainless steel, and leaves are made from three layers of glass that are individually poured on top of the other, meaning that no two leaves are the same shape. It's an intensive process that pays off.
Vancouver has 350 works of art throughout the city, and Bocci's 16 is certainly one of the most beautiful pieces.
Copa Cabana Package
Vancouver is beautiful to visit throughout the year, but the summer in the city is truly something else.
This summer, the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel is offering their Copa Cobana package from Wednesday, May 20, 2015, to Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015.
Guests will enjoy the resort-style rooftop pool that's complemented with cabanas, a full-service cabana bar and palm trees. This package provides a full-day cabana rental, lunch entrees for two from the cabana bar, a treat from the ice cream cart and accommodation.

Biking to Nearby Attractions
You may never want to leave this stunning property, but when you do decide to get out and stretch your legs, take to the Seawall and explore the city and nearby Stanley Park. Just outside of the hotel is this much-loved attraction.
And for those who want to ride a bike to get around, the Fairmont Pacific Rim's Fairmont Fit program provides guests with BMW cruise bikes to use on a complimentary basis during their stay.
The Fairmont Pacific Rim has plenty going on this summer, and it's an ideal hotel to stay at when you want luxury, relaxation and indulgence.
