From the cocoa pods hanging as decor to the vibrant red chairs in the sitting area, this chocolate shop is a visual delight.
But the sensory experience doesn't stop there! Samples of truffles, brownies or cookies are available, and they'll make your taste buds sing.
In the rear of the shop, guests will often see Piece, Love & Chocolate's artisans mixing, preparing and creating delicious morsels; the smell of spices and hot chocolate often hang in the air.

"We are a locally owned, small, family-run business that employs passionate people," says Owner and Chocolatier Sarah Amorese. "Everything we create is made with the freshest ingredients possible and lots of love. That's why love is the biggest part of our logo!"
Coming soon, Rocky Mountain-inspired truffles and the Colorado Animal Collection, complete with the "Truffalo" – a buffalo in dark milk ganache – will be perfect gifts to send or take to out-of-staters for the holidays.
"Any product I choose to sell has to be created from chocolate, cocoa or cocoa butter or is about chocolate," says Amorese. I source items worldwide and make sure everything is of the highest quality."
Other morsels include the ever-popular truffles inspired by and mixed with local beer, including Avery and Left Hand Brewing Companies.
Guests stopping in with friends or children are encouraged to check out the slices of cakes that can be purchased for $4 to $6. They're often a perfect treat to share in a group of three or four.
Favorites include the decadent Left Hand Milk Stout and the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle.

"I am inspired daily by the wonderful people I work with. They are all so passionate about life and love," says Amorese. "There isn't a day (even after almost five years) that goes by that I don't jump out of bed eager to go to play . . . um, I mean work!"

Located in the heart of Boulder and just a bit off the beaten Pearl Street path, Piece, Love & Chocolate offers a break from the crowds of foot traffic while still remaining within walking distance of all that the downtown area has to offer.
When asked what she loves about their location, Piece, Love, Chocolate's owner had this to say:
"Our location on West Pearl fits us exactly. Sitting on our patio sipping our Signature Sipping Chocolate, you get one heck of a beautiful view of the Flatirons," says Amorese. "Although most of our clientele is lovely locals, we strive to enchant those brave visitors that continue to venture a little farther [down the main street]."
With its one-of-a-kind offerings, Piece, Love & Chocolate is truly a Boulder gem and a not-to-be-missed destination for visitors and locals alike.
