Boulder offers an eclectic mix of attractions, ranging from outdoor festivals and premiere hiking to free community concerts and world-class sporting events. Chautauqua Park offers the Royal Arch and Green Mountain hikes; not for the faint of heart, but well-worth the attempt for the spectacular views. Eldorado Canyon State Park boasts world-class rock-climbing and trails, but for those of you who would like to stay indoors, breweries, museums, and art exhibits can be found near Boulder's quaint Pearl Street Mall. Boulder Creek ambles along Boulder Canyon and offers scenic tubing, picnicking, fishing, and wading. When you're finished at the creek, don't forget to stop into the Boulder Public Library to marvel at one of their ongoing art exhibits or check for concerts or plays at Boulder's year-round outdoor theater.
