Looking for a new spot to socialize, have a great meal and sip on some lovely libations? Head to the Parker Gray District in Old Town, Alexandria, Va. – located just outside of Washington, D.C. – to the new bar/restaurant Mason Social.
Opened in late February 2015, the contemporary American venue aims to honor the city's industrial past while coming up with new takes on drinks and dishes to delight guests.
Named in honor of former mayor Thomson Mason, the bar/restaurant features a number of unique decorating touches that hark back to its past: mason jars and glass bottles hang from pluming pipes for lighting, while murals showcase scenes from factory days long ago.
