Gaining experience and talent as he progressed through his career, Ashwani made his way from Bermuda to the Grand Cayman Islands, and finally here to the US where he settled down in the community of Great Falls. As Executive Chef at River Bend Country Club for eight years, and Assistant Manager for his last two years, he was considered family by most. During this time, he started a family as his own. Ashwani was General Manager at The Tavern in Great Falls for the previous five years, right up until the time he was presented with the opportunity to open Brix. He has created Brix in his image, one of family, friendship, and a strong sense of community.
