Butterfly World is known as the largest butterfly aviary in Florida – with 20,000 butterflies on display at any given time, and more than 150 different species. Visitors can't help but be inspired!

Guests enjoy walking through the screened-in aviary. With its tropical ambiance and gently fluttering creatures, it brings a certain air of calm, as guests enter a world of awe.
Outside the aviary, get ready to enjoy the extensive gardens, which include a breathtaking rose garden, a small pond, a gift shop where you can't resist at least one purchase and a pavilion containing mounted specimens of exotic insects and astounding butterflies from around the world.
Butterfly World is an exceptional place to bring children. Offered are amazing pictures of various species to print for young children, or you can download their coloring pages of various butterflies and birds. Get your printer ready, as there's one page to color and a page that shows the butterflies and birds in their natural state to aide the youngsters as they fill in the lines. Butterfly World's influence extends beyond their facility in Coconut Creek. Their campaign – Bring Back the Butterflies – is a call for people across the continental United States and Canada. The goal is to encourage people to build a small garden in an effort to reverse the ongoing destruction of butterfly habitat at their local area.
