Fishing Charters: A true gem right here in Dania Beach and a genuine delight to the fisherman at heart is the IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame & Museum. IGFA stands for International Game and Fishing Administration. Here you will enjoy a fascinating glimpse at the sport of fishing. Extensive multimedia displays include an amazing virtual fishing exhibit that allows guests to "reel in" tarpon, sailfish, and marlin. Interesting collection of fishing equipment dating from the 19th century. Well-stocked gift shop and library and there's also a great cafe. Also available is the opportunity to volunteer time to this organization. What a great way to give back to your community and enjoy your favorite sport at the same time!
