Best Restaurants: Found in a fairly nondescript stand-alone building, this is the type of place foodies adore. The inside is comfortable and friendly and the food is extraordinary. The chef is from Hawaii, his wife is European, and when they fuse the food from their childhoods it's really something special. Start with the escargot adobo, sautéed in coconut milk, soy sauce and vinegar, or the fried gizzards served with a sweet and spicy aioli. Chef does great work with both fish and pork while offering different and exciting wines to match. Early diners can take advantage of a three course pre-fix menu that is affordable and filling.
