In the maze of Key West bars geared towards college students and tourists looking to party, there are a few refreshing gems that cater to adults seeking a calm evening out. Newly opened in late 2012 by the same owner as the Key West Toy Factory, the Little Room Jazz Club is a refreshing change in the hectic Duval Street music scene.
The cozy, candlelit lounge serves up quality cocktails like mojitos and sangria that are two-for-one during happy hour – which lasts from 1 pm to 8 pm. Find a new favorite glass of wine to sip on from the extensive listing as you listen to live jazz, blues, the classics and even Cuban-fusion bands. The bar is perfect for a romantic night out or a change of scenery with friends. Little Room doesn’t serve food (other than some pretzel snacks) so grab a bite to eat before you get there. Fran, the owner, is often working the bar during happy hour and can help steer you in the right direction to find a glass of wine that you'll love.

An elaborate fish aquarium is fitted into the wall above the bar, and all the furnishings have an elegant, polished look. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available, and the music starts early every day, so get there ahead of time for the best seat.
