It should probably be noted that Le Club, housed within the Parliament House Resort, is part of Orlando's hospitality-driven history (perhaps even the history of the gay-travel niche overall) as the complex has been catering to the gay community since the 1970s. Ergo, it's worth a visit for that alone. Patrons are predominantly gay, but straight allies are more than welcome to join in the revelry. Beyond Le Club, where dance beats pulse, Parliament House's 10 acres are also home to a resort, pool, performance space and multiple drinking establishments. Smooth boy-toys and bawdy drag queens mix happily with middle-aged couples enjoying vacation time or just a raucous night out on the town. From Latin night to Karaoke night to Gidget Galore's Big Gay Game Show, the PH calendar is always full to bursting. Big name acts, from Chaka Khan to Debbie Gibson, are not uncommon.
