Smoked for hours, Bubbalou's barbecue comes out savory and sizzling hot. But a warning: sauces may cause tastebud overload. Mild, hot, and killer versions are available, and the killer variety is definitely not for the barbecue novice! Beer, however, is readily available to wash down the tangy concoctions, and generous sides of slaw and beans stand prepared to accompany your order.
