The protocol at Boston's Fish House comes straight out of the region from which its chef prevails. Step up to the counter to order, then head for a table and patiently await the arrival of salt-water morsels that include fried shrimp, succulent steamers and creamy, generously stuffed lobster rolls. Most of Boston's Fish House's devotees come for the menu's many deep-fried delicacies, but don't let the grease scare you off. There are plenty of broiled, steamed and salad-y options if you really mean business with that diet. Portions are hearty, dress is casual and kid-friendly is most definitely its middle name.
Best for Seafood Because: Boston's flies its seafood in from New England and changes its cooking oil DAILY. No surprise, it's been a Winter Park favorite since 1988.
Best for Take Out Because: Boston's is family-run, flies its seafood in from the proprietor's native New England and changes its cooking oil DAILY. No surprise its been a fave in Winter Park since opening in 1988.

"As a New Englander, Whole Bellied Fried Ipswich Clams are very hard to find here in FL, but I must tell you I have had them pretty much everywhere, and no one does them better than Boston's Fish House. And most important, Boston's Fish House is consistent... perfect every time! Worth the drive!"
