You can always tell when you're approaching Blue Martini in City Place, West Palm Beach; the neon blue tint reflecting off the building facade, beautiful people congregating and martini glasses clinging. Because of this vibe, Blue Martini may seem like a place where only the most aristocratic, high-fashioned individuals are permitted entrance. Please shake this mantra, as it's clearly not accurate.

Blue Martini touts a casual, patio vibe with live music to entertain guests. They draw a pretty solid happy hour crowd, if for no other reason besides having great happy hour specials. All day, every day, patrons can enjoy half off drinks and select food items from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Blue Moon, that beer that goes great with a slice of orange, is available for $4 every day with no time restrictions. (That's inexpensive for City Place.)
Here's the breakdown for each day of the week and the rest of the specials:
Enjoy live music all night, pay no cover and get $100 bottles of Captain Morgan and Van Gogh Blue. The DJ goes on at 10 p.m.
The second workday of the week also features no cover charge.
Wednesday (Girls' Night Out)
Wednesday's a good night to be a lady; persons of the female orientation get in for free and drink at a half-priced rate all night. Come with a total of six ladies, and prepare to be comped a bottle of champagne. Bottle specials for the night include $50 Moet and $125 Van Gogh Blue.
Thursday (Azul Thursdays)
The DJs spin Latino jams on Thursdays, so bring your salsa dance repertoires. Ladies drink free from the well from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Bottle specials include $100 bottles of Captain Morgan, Bacardi and Johnny Walker Black.
Friday (Finlandia Friday)
The live music really gets going on Friday nights, and the crowd is equally more energized, in part due to the specials on Finlandia cocktails and martinis ($6 and $8, respectively). The live band goes until 11 p.m., when the DJ takes over and spins until four in the morning.
Saturday (Champagne Saturday)
Champagne specials dominate on this weekend night: Veuve Clicquot for $99 and Moet Imperial and Rose for $79.
Sunday (Sunday Night at the Blue)
Guests will pay a cover on Sunday, but they'll be rewarded with great bottle specials: $100 Ciroc (750), $200 Hennessy, $200 Grey Goose, $200 JW Black and $150 Van Gogh Blue Vodka.
Blue Martini will continue to be a hot spot for the after-work crowd, martini lovers, women and men on the prowl. What with the great drink specials that are offered here every night of the week, people can't help but make recurring trips.
