This bar and brasserie clings tightly to its French roots, and the locals love this place for a light bite, a cup of coffee, or a drink. The people-watching is excellent thanks to the upscale hotel next door to the bar. The green decor is casual, and the crowd is usually large and friendly. Good meals are available too.
