Built in 1885, The Zanzibar is one of the longest-standing bars in Cannes and is now a popular waterhole for the gay crowd. Zanzibar comes to life later in the evening, when the crowd shows up to dance the night away. You'll notice the cheeky paintings on the ceiling that feature well-built sailors. The crowd at this upbeat club is an interesting mixture of old and young, conservative and outlandish.
