This is a museum unlike any others and of special interest to kids, young and old. Here, what you'll find are exhibits devoted to the arts of animation, video games, manga, cartoons, animated films and television. It opened in November 2013 at the then still fairly new cultural space known as Les Docks not far from Notre Dame and right near the Gare d'Austerlitz. It's also a good excuse to make a visit out to this cultural space known as Les Docks. It sits alongside the Seine and its architectural structure is unique. There are cafes within the complex and restaurants up on the rooftop of the structure. Have a look downstairs, too, in the lowest level of Les Docks. This space has been adorned by world-famous graffiti artists using the singular guiding theme of "water." It's a fun visual accent after taking in the museum's exhibits.
- Holiday Attractions: "During this holiday season the featured exhibit is all about Disney animation and artwork. Here Disney is on wonderful display and shown to great depth and breadth since the exhibit includes traditional cartoon animation and also film and tv animation, too."
- Best for Holiday Attractions Because: A unique museum in the world, kids of all ages will enjoy visiting the exhibits devoted to animation and video game art.
