You're not going to get anything super fancy, here. Just some really, really good cheeses. Along with wonderful explanations about where they come from and how they're made. You can opt for the two hour cheese and wine tasting course where a range of farm cheeses are offered you to taste and paired with good breads and delightful French wines. Or you can go for the four hour excursion which takes you to a cheese farm and factory situated about half an hour outside the city. The last option is really hands-on and offers that you make your own cheese. The locations of the cheese tasting option vary from a timbered meeting room in the Marais to a terrace in St.-Germain-des-Prés.
