Business travelers and city dwellers alike love the Capital Grille. The consistently perfect steaks and fabulous service are a trademark of this organization. Ask most waiters what their favorite steak is and they will usually say it is the bone-in Kona steak. It has coffee-crusted rub with a shallot butter sauce on top. A huge portion, many won't be able to finish it in one sitting. Other cuts include the filet, porterhouse, and delmonico and the au poivre with a Courvoisier cream sauce.
