A jazz trio adds upbeat ambience as patrons sip martinis and cosmopolitans. The bar and lookout deck are particularly popular around dusk, when the city begins to light up and the view is most riveting. The adjacent restaurant offers a range of meals and appetizers. Although the bar stays open later, the observation deck closes at 11pm daily.
