One of the more inexpensive restaurants for brunch, they don't sacrifice on the taste. Come early as they don't take reservations. This down home southern is well worth the wait though. While it does get crowded at brunch, Breakfast is served all day. Choose from the omelet of the day, the huevos rancheros or even the unusual but delicious brisket breakfast - shredded brisket with 2 poached eggs and a toasted baguette. The coffee and espresso here are excellent. Vegetarians will find several options here too. At lunch, there are gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, and a few hot entrees.
