Take Out: Its hip, industrial digs (a former garage) give Fritti real substance, as if the fact that its pizzas are certified as authentic Neapolitan-style isn't enough in the way of culinary gravitas. The funky place, with its mix of cool decor and rough origins, turns out fabulous pies in an assortment of formulas, from four cheese to seafood. You'll also encounter versions with cotto ham, white truffle oil, goat cheese, and lemon slices. Choose your favorite, or go with seafood spiedini or a grilled hanger steak. An outdoor patio and plenty of Italian wines by the bottle and glass are thoughtful additions.
