For an unadulterated good time dancing the night away, head to Doubles Night Club in the Quality Inn Midtown. This long-time Savannah favorite--and one of the only dance clubs outside of Downtown--draws a steady crowd of locals who like to mingle and boogie on the always-packed dance floor. The crowd tends to tip toward middle agers, so Doubles is the perfect place to go if you want to schmooze with people your own age and avoid the younger partiers who dominate the Downtown club scene. Doubles has several theme nights throughout the week, including swing on Mondays, shag on Wednesdays and dance music from the disco era through the present on Fridays and Saturdays.

"If dancing is your theme, then Doubles is your game! I have been going every weekend for years and always have the best time. The DJ seems to know how to get the crowd going and plays a variety of mixture from Rock to Hip Hop to Country. No dance partner? Not a big deal. You see men and women dancing by themselves and just having fun. I really love the new set-up of different color poles, which are not limited to just us women. Men can be seen dancing around poles, showcasing their strut as well. An ideal place for parties, birthdays, or de-stress after work. The crowd are mixed and ages from 21 to 65+. There is plenty of room to dance and roam around the dance floor. Every one seems nice and friendly and the regular crowds tend to bond and become friends. And girls, the men are always behave and proper and just love to watch you do your thing. Saturdays seems to generate more crowds and the party begins at 10:00 p.m. Check it out! This is one "peachy" place. Oh, one last thing, if you get drunk and need a place to crash--look no further. Doubles Nightclub is inside Quality Inn."

WHAT I Liked:
Love the large dance floor and the variety of music from old to the latest hits. The majority of the crowd is middle aged and they seem to really just have a blast.WHAT I Disliked:
When the place is buzzing with crowds, you can expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes before the Bartender can serve you.
