Chef de Cuisine Alexandros Charalambopoulos will prepare special menus based on last season's successful concept: Made in Greece and Sea Festival.
The original menu of Made in Greece includes some of the best traditional Greek products from small producers in unique combinations and various tastes. Just to mention a few: fresh spinach salad with blackberry vinaigrette, goat with olive oil, oregano and olives from Kalamata and potatoes from northern Greece with feta cheese from Dodoni. Dessert could be syrupy ravani cake with cumquat preserve and ice cream.
Seafood fans will enjoy the specially curated Sea Festival menu with fresh fish and seafood in dishes like cod fish croquettes with chick pea mayonnaise, salmon tartare with allspice and grilled squid with pesto sauce, scallops with prosciutto and tomato marmalade with marinated courgettes. Special prices make the menu affordable and visitors to the Olive Garden have the bonus of free parking.
