The owners are longtime organic farmers who are responsible for creating Cane Rush, their original line of sugar cane juices and sugar cane ice pops. They've taken the products into others shops, too. And it's no wonder that they're eager to share, considering the health benefits of cane juice.
Sugarcane is full of easily assimilable nutrition, rich in complex carbohydrates and low in simple sugars. Sugarcane juice invigorates, revitalizes and re-hydrates the body after strenuous workouts. It has been found to be beneficial for preventing as well as treating sore throat, cold and flu. It is a good source of riboflavin and also contains calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.
