Located in the heart of Waikiki, Trump International Waikiki may be the best hotel in Honolulu. Interestingly enough, it's technically not oceanfront. But it's just a couple hundred yards from the being in full view of the ocean, and their goal at this hotel is to satisfy and please guests to the fullest. The 350-foot-tall tower overlooks the ocean, and it's centered in a lively park of Waikiki surrounded by other high-end hotels, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
As the floors increase in height, the number of bedrooms and amount of space also increase. Studios are clean-cut and modern, yet boast a large tile shower and deep bathtub. Some studios have kitchenettes, which enable guests to save money by cooking in house. One-bedroom suites provide a private bedroom and a sleek white decor throughout the apartment. They also feature the luxurious bathtubs and showers.

Two-bedroom suites range from approximately 1,200 to 1,600 square feet and offer enough sleeping space for up to six people. A large kitchen offers a platform for fun dinners, and the deep soaking tubs offer a space for relaxation.
Three-bedroom suites start with 3,000 square feet of living space, with a top-level view of the ocean and city. A wine cooler, iPod docking stations, flat-screen TVs and soaking tubs are among some of the luxuries in these suites.
What's wonderful about the Trump is that, although it's high-end and luxurious, they're all about families and group fun. It's far from a party hotel, but they offer large rooms and everything families could need for a perfect vacation.
An infinity pool on the second floor offers heated water, a hot tub and a bird's-eye view of the ocean. Towels, fruit water and plush covered loungers are all available.

One of the Trump's claims to fame is that the hotel is home to the world's best mai tai. A bartender at the Wai'olu Ocean View Lounge near the pool has won the competition for the world's best mai tai in Kailua Kona two years in a row, and one thing is for sure - the ginger sorbet topped drink is absolutely delicious. Pool goers are allowed to bring drinks in the pool and laze about, while enjoying a nearly panoramic view of the city and the ocean.
Other highlights include aromatherapy pillows at turn-down time and free video rentals for children. Whether guests are in a studio or in a Trump-level suite, they'll enjoy the same amount of attention and luxury.
