Entrees offer fresh Kauai fish like ono (wahoo) on king crab potato hash in a lemongrass broth. Dessert gets extravagant, like the backwards root beer float with root beer gelato served in an ice-cold glass with a bottle of cream soda and a warm ooey-gooey chocolate macadamia nut cookie.
