At ground level, a handful of stores and restaurants attract visitors, but the real allure of the Hancock is, in my opinion, the best view of Chicago. The Skydeck at Willis Tower may get all the credit, but there's more than one way to see the skyline at the Hancock. On a clear day, the Observatory lets you see 360-degrees and a stretch of 80 miles. As Chicago's third-largest building, the majority of tenants are offices. How they get work done with those views is beyond me.
