Boston's South End has its share of high-powered patrons who live in the town-homes converted to condos and enjoy the fine dining that this neighborhood has to offer. But even these monied individuals enjoy a small spot like Estelle's. This restaurant and bar has character and serves great beers and pub grub. Heck, these same folks may even be members of Estelle’s Mug Club.

A hidden gem in Boston's South End, Estelle's serves cordials and beer in a spot that makes you feel at home. Whether with your friends or sitting solo at the bar, you'll want to return to Estelle's nightly to chat with the friendly strangers you've met.
The casual environment of Estelle's is enhanced by a fun factor. Here, regulars fight to earn their spot in Estelle's Mug Club. The goal? To make their way through 130 beers in 180 days and thus earn themselves a membership, a 25-ounce engraved mug for personal use at a discount (You'll pay pint prices for lager pours.) when visiting Estelle's and an iconic "I Got Mugged" t-shirt to commemorate the achievement.
Estelle's matches their cuisine to the scene, whipping up bar food favorites with a Southern twist and burgers that will sufficiently fill you for a night of making your way through the 130 beers needed to become a member of the Mug Club.
