Dishes on Tangierino's eclectic menu hail from all parts of the globe, especially Morocco, France, and Africa. They feature expert preparation, surprising twists, and are delightfully presented. Upon being seated at a lovely mosaic-topped table, guests are presented a complimentary serving of Moroccan bread and hummus. Rich entrees include pan-crisped duck breast with glazed prunes, baby turnips, and couscous or grilled sirloin atop whipped potatoes.
