Land's End Love Nests: The Most Romantic Resorts in Los Cabos

Los Cabos offers a multitude of luxurious coastal hotels and resorts for romantic getaways, and in the past decade has become one of the premier North American sites for destination weddings, honeymoons and renewal of vows ceremonies.

In addition to event services and romance coordinators, most of the top lodgings in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the connecting Tourist Corridor feature pampering spas and on-site fine dining, as well as romantic packages, promotions and vacation "enhancements" that range from rose petal strewn suites to welcoming gifts of Champagne or chocolate covered strawberries.

Since the majority of the region's top accommodations options boast scenic settings and spectacular views – none more so than the recently opened The Cape: A Thompson Hotel, with its magnificent vantages of the Land’s End headland – there is an ongoing competition among local hotels and resorts to provide unique, or signature romantic experiences. The Resort at Pedregal's "Honeymoon" package, for examples, includes rose petals, chocolates, Champagne, massages, breakfast in bed, a romantic cliff-side dinner above crashing Pacific Ocean waves, and even a candle lit dinner in the resort’s private wine cellar.

Other romance-friendly properties of note include Marquis, Breathless and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, which are the best of Los Cabos' adults-only resorts; One&Only Palmilla, where private butlers and yacht excursions await; and Esperanza, whose spa has been ranked as the best in Latin America.
