Playa Caracol is one of Cancún's most popular beaches for several reasons. It is located in the heart of the Hotel Zone, which makes it close to many of Cancún's restaurants and puts it in the heart of the shopping district. Families also flock to this beach because of its relatively flat seabed and because the currents here are less strong than at other beaches.
