Though it's never really crowded, Playa Tortugas offers great waters for windsurfing, snorkeling, boogey boarding, and other water sports. Beachgoers can get plenty of exercise on the beach as well with volleyball, and a shuttle awaits to take visitors to Isla Mujeres.
