Hacienda Sisal is a Mexican restaurant, located on the grounds of the Royal Sands Resort, near the hotel's main entrance. The restaurant is only open for dinner but guests have two dining options. They may opt for ordering off the menu, in the main dining room, or to take in one of the themed dinner shows in El Patio, a large dining room with a stage. The dinner shows have either a Mexican Folklore theme or a Caribbean theme. A buffet dinner and open bar is included with the price of admission to the show. For those ordering from the menu, there are so many delicious choices that it will be hard to decide on only one dish. For starters, try the Ceviche Tostada. Ceviche is fish, shrimp, or other seafood that is soaked in lime juice. The lime juice actually cooks the seafood. For the main course, there are a variety Mexican dishes, like enchiladas and fajitas, as well as some seafood dishes and prime cuts of meat. In addition to having great food and entertainment, Hacienda Sisal also has a large selection of fine tequilas.
