Hamburger: Las Vegas has jumped aboard the food truck craze with a healthy crop of street vendors selling original food out of their restaurants on wheels. Slidin' Thru proved popular enough that the owner decided to open a regular restaurant, but the truck is still out there prowling the streets of Las Vegas in search of hungry people. Sliders are the specialty here. You'll find five tasty little varieties of hamburgers here, topped with things like caramelized jalapeno or feta cheese. You can also go the completely traditional route with Plain Jane, which has nothing but cheese and ketchup. Two pork sliders may tempt you away from the beef, however, and a mystery slider serves as the special of the day. You can make the drive off the Strip to Slidin Thru's brick-and-mortar restaurant, or check the website to find out where the truck will be.
