2 Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat
The Secret Garden houses absolutely gorgeous big cats, including panthers, white lions, leopards, and the white tigers that Siegfried and Roy have made famous. The habitat is festooned with tropical foliage, creating an inviting natural atmosphere for the felines. There's also a 2½-million-gallon aquarium that's home to several bottlenose dolphins, an artificial coral reef, and numerous fish. Ideal for families and animal lovers. (702-791-7111)

1 Shark Reef Aquarium
If coming face-to-face with a shark (and living to tell about it) is your idea of a good time, you'll want to check out the up-close-and-personal Shark Reef. This popular predator-filled aquarium is home not only to 15 species of sharks but also stingrays, rare golden crocodiles, piranha, jellyfish, Komodo dragons and endangered sea turtles-—more than 2,000 animals in all. Fourteen breathtaking exhibits are devoted to the aquatic animals, with the largest exhibit being the 1.3-million-gallon shipwreck where visitors experience an almost 360-degree view, teeming with sharks and fish, through an acrylic tunnel. Scuba-certified guests of the hotel can even dive in the exhibit thanks to the aquarium's Dive with Sharks guest diver experience. Talk about a wild time! (702-632-4555)
