Las Vegas’ dance clubs attract the world's top DJs and are consistently among the top-grossing clubs in the nation. Neither of those trends show any signs of slowing down. The club-goers flock to Vegas to experience the city’s opulent dance clubs, and the clubs are happy to oblige.

While XS remains the undisputed leader of Las Vegas dance clubs, it’s not the only place drawing big names and big crowds.

Club-goers will find it’s easy to dance the night away on and off the Strip. To have the best time, remember that a night at the club doesn’t come cheap. Be prepared to pay to get in and to have a pretty hefty tab for the evening.

The nightclubs in Las Vegas all offer dancing, but they also each have some distinguishing features, whether it’s the size of the dance floor, their day club or their view. A new favorite because of at least two of those things is Drai's Beach Club • Nightclub, where guests can dance indoors and outdoors.

While the Las Vegas Strip may have the bulk of the city's dance clubs, there are venues worth checking out off-Strip as well, and most are just a short drive away from Las Vegas Boulevard.

The next time you feel like dancing, check out our list of the city's 10 Best Dance Clubs to find out where you can show off your best moves.

10. VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub & Lounge

Located right off the Strip, 51 stories atop the Rio, the VooDoo spellbinds with its incredible views and suave bartenders who are prone to bust into juggling routines at random intervals. This nightclub offers spectacularly sweeping views of the city and an open-air veranda area where patrons can enjoy a cool desert breeze and some of the Strip's most potent cocktails. DJs play a mix of music, both old and new, but often with more retro tunes. With an off-Strip location, VooDoo's ambiance is a little more relaxed than many of the Strip's clubs, and the crowds tend to be smaller.

9. Hyde Bellagio

Although you won't find much of a dance floor, the music will get you on your feet into whatever space you can find. The Bellagio fountains are the club's backdrop, adding a dramatic touch to the swanky space. The club opens at 5 p.m. as a classy lounge, then transforms itself into a nightclub as the night wears on and the dancing takes center stage.
