Chef Alain Ducasse brings his vision of French and Italian cuisine to the Delano. This fine dining establishment, like many in Las Vegas, offers its guests not only an amazing menu, but a spectacular view of the Strip. The menu includes several selections from the grill, including a bison tenderloin, and the main courses offer up mouth-watering dishes like the lobster and purple artichokes, roasted duck breast, and rack of Colorado lamb. The sides here are simple and provide the perfect balance to the main courses: mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, corn and broccolini. Rivea took over the space that was formerly occupied by Mix when the Delano was THEhotel. As the new resident, Rivea has taken up the baton to ensure the wonderful space serves excellent food.
- Fine Dining: "For a meal like this, dessert is almost mandatory–try sharing some tiramisu, chocolate tart, or Rivea's traditional zuccotto (Amaretto-vanilla sponge cake, hazelnut mouse, Gianduja chocolate and caramelized hazlenuts for four to six people)."
- Best for Fine Dining Because: Rivea serves delectable French and Italian-inspired dishes in a space with a spectacular view.
