The menu at Eatt was designed by French chefs to offer healthy, gourmet recipes with seasonal ingredients. Just a short drive west of the Strip, Eatt offers a comfortable, modern setting and well thought-out and delicious menu. Careful attention has been given to note dishes that are gluten free, dairy free, nut free, organic or vegan. Gluten-free entrees include dishes like the pot au feu chicken, cabbage stuffed with chicken, carrots, onion, leak celery and potato; salmon marinated in miso and honey, served with clams, parsnip puree, beet and bok choy; or the duck, which comes with sweet potato puree, mushrooms, chestnuts, grapes and a lemongrass and ginger dressing. Gluten-free desserts include the macaron, with vanill cream, apple, salted caramel and cinnamon, and Exotic Frutits, a Macha tea biscuit, coconut foam and passion fruit caramel.
