The large menu at Lucky Beaver Bar & Burger consists of the usual bar food, but the huge burgers are made on a large circular grill that permeates the place with the awesome smell of meat, fries and eggs. All of the Lucky Beaver's half-pound burgers are made with a combination of short ribs and chuck roast and take about 15-20 minutes to make.
Order the classic Beaver Burger for $12; the Black Jack, with blackened seasoning, bleu jack cheese and grilled onion; or the Gambler, which comes with applewood-smoked bacon, beer-battered onion rings, smoky BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese. Or go for the Gold Rush, topped with avocado, pepper jack cheese and all the fixings.
