Buffalo's parks, nature preserves, rivers and lakes make it an ideal location for outdoor activities, especially winter sports like skiing, skating and hockey. Of course, Niagara Falls is the region's geographical gem and top attraction. It may be viewed via cruise tours, on foot in the state park or even from a hot air balloon. During pro-football and hockey seasons, Ralph Wilson Stadium and HSBC Arena are popular destinations for fans of the NFL Bills and NHL Sabres, respectively.
