Don’t be fooled by the bright lights of Vanderbilt Avenue in New York, as tempting as they may be. Underhill Avenue is where you want to be, and sitting on a comfy bar stool at Bar Sepia to be precise.

Located very close to Eastern Parkway, Bar Sepia is a chilled-out and friendly spot that serves a host of delicious cocktails made with fresh, ambrosial ingredients.
The décor is warm and welcoming, encompassing exposed brick and dark wood paneling. There is a great window seat at the front, and a charming patio out back.

The bartenders are cheerful and accommodating, without being in your face. They are incredibly knowledgeable, and each one a master of mixology.
If you’re lucky enough to saunter in while they are creating a new restorative tonic, then you will be persuaded to become a chief taste tester. You will also likely be forced to sample the enchantment of beverages that are made with fresh lavender, rosemary and a whole host of other exquisite ingredients. These drinks will make you squeal with delight.
One last triumph of Bar Sepia is the extremely considerate ladies' washroom. Trust me, girls. You will know what I mean when you get there. It's just one of the many elements that makes Bar Sepia a comfortable, enjoyable setting.
