It's hard to mistake what Gallagher's Steak House is about. If the name weren't already enough, then the windows of meat that greet diners should be a dead giveaway. Gallagher's has served some of New York's finest steaks for over 80 years, and for that entire time, the restaurant has dry-aged their own steak -- all USDA Prime beef. The red and white checked table cloths and dark wood paneling add to the timeless feel of this establishment.
