Worthington Inn Restaurant
Executive Chef Thomas Smith describes his menu as "global cuisine with strong roots in classic French and Italian flavors." The result is nothing short of delectable. Classic dishes such as grilled lamb chops come in a roast garlic reduction accompanied by cassoulet of white beans, glazed baby carrots. The pork tenderloin is given a similar punch of flavor with dried cherry and Marsala sauce, apple wood braised cabbage and warm sweet potato salad. Mitchell's Steakhouse
Another popular restaurant run by Cameron Mitchell, here he offers lobster, chops, crab cakes, and heavenly mashed potatoes, but perhaps is best known for the dry-aged steak. Ornate high ceilings, soaring wood post and beam architectural detals, wrought iron arches and dramatic lighting add a sophisticated backdrop. The wine list is one of the best in town. This smart café boasts a full breakfast menu with cooked-to-order eggs, sausage, hash browns, and omelets, along with quick Continental choices such as croissants and Danish. In the mood for some freshly baked bread or cake? If you are, head over to the Golden Delight, touted by many locals as being absolutely the best bakery in the city. Upon entering, you will be greeted by the tempting smells and tantalizing sights of fresh breads, pies, and cakes. They've become well known for their great frosting that is not as sweet and is lower in fat content than many other decorative icing.
