About Hong Kong Nightlife
There are three main nightlife areas in Hong Kong – Central, Wan Chai, and Tsim Sha Tsui. Wan Chai is perhaps the edgiest, and Tsim Sha Tsui's nightspots are a little more spread out. So Central is the party animals open zoo of choice. It's split into three areas: Lan Kwai Fong, SoHo (which has grown up around the Outdoor Escalator) and BoHo (Below Hollywood Road). There are no strictly defined areas, and it's easy to breeze from one to the other, with perhaps 150 bars, clubs and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. For a more relaxed take on nightlife, board a ferry to one of the outer islands for a seafood dinner.
